Health and Safety at the Festival

In Pontio PL2, New Main Arts Eric Sunderland Theatre, and Normal Site Nantlle Conference Room all seats are assigned by us for individual audience members to ensure appropriate social distancing. Party bookings are not possible due to logistic reasons. Please do not move seating but remain in your individual seat.
  • - Enhanced cleaning regimes, including between performances
  • - Clearly marked one-way system and staggered entry and exit points
  • - Hand sanitiser stations
  • - PPE for artists, staff and volunteers

In return, we request that you:

  • - If you show Covid-19 symptoms, please do not show up for the event, but stay at home and follow the government advise.
  • - Wear a face covering inside the venue (unless exempt) until you have been seated.
  • Respect the signs of where to sit and stand.
  • - Follow all signage and one-way routes in the buildings.
  • - Please do not mingle and chat with people not part of your bubble. Ticket booking are set to a maximum of 6 people. We shall be asking people to exit the venue directly after the event.
  • - Use our hand sanitiser stations when you enter and exit the venue.
  • - Book your ticket in advance online.
  • - Follow the one-way signs
  • - Please show patience and consideration to others when arriving and moving around the venue.
